We are unable to export these to the USA or Canada due to costume regulation. Please note that all herbs are for ritual/potpouri/spellcraft use only. Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, thesecrethollow.com shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify thesecrethollow.com of the problem in writing to support@thesecrethollow.com within 7 days of delivery of the goods. (please state your Order No. and the date your order was made).
All goods purchased from The Secret Hollow are covered by our 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you wish to return any goods please contact us first.
All returns must be carefully packaged to prevent damage. Please send using registered post or some sort of secure delivery. We recommend you keep your receipt until you have received your refund. A full refund minus postage costs shall be issued on receipt of the goods. Return postage expenses are the customers responsibility.
You must return items within 10 days in a new and unused condition. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used and if a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken.
We regret that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Herbs, Resins & Powders are non returnable.
You should check that all the items listed on the dispatch note match those contained in your package. If they do not, please email support@thesecrethollow.com with your order details.
thesecrethollow.com does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use the thesecrethollow.com website or for any products purchased from the thesecrethollow.com website. thesecrethollow.com will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.
