Can I pay by cheque?
Unfortunatly we no longer accept cheques, you can pay online via paypal with any UK credit or debit card. You do not need to have an account with paypal and all transactions are handled by their secure server.
How can I contact you?
We prefer if you contact us by email at admin @ the secret hollow.com we will get back to you with in the next 24 hours (not including saturdays or sundays)
What if an item is out of stock?
Ocasionally items do go out of stock before we can update the website. If an item is out of stock we will place it on back order (at no extra postage charge to you) and if we are unable to obtain it with in 28 days of your order we will issue you with a refund. If an item is out of stock and we send you a refund it will not affect any offer or free postage that applied at the time of your order.
Can I order by post or phone?
We are only able to accept website orders at this time.
